Over the past couple of years, the company has introduced numerous new products ranging from Switch Mode power supplies, single camera encapsulated CCTV units, and a range of Rack Mounting models many of which have already been installed in airports, sports stadiums, and other major integrated security projects around Ireland, the UK, Europe, the Middle East and North America.
      
New products to comply with UL/ULC standards in Nth America, and the European EN.50131 ( intruder) and EN.54 (fire) standards have been launched or are in the pipeline for launch in 2008. So, the company is looking forward to another year of substantial growth in all its markets, and the recent opening of its China factory should make Power-Plex products among the most competitive in the world.

Power-Plex Electronics, the Toronto based Nth American headquarters of the group moved premises in early 2007. The lease had expired on the current premises and so the company had to move a short distance – in fact, just across the road ! Power-Plex China Factory begins operations:
